用途：该生产线采用日本技术，主要用于清洗、破碎后的PE、PP等薄膜的挤出造粒。

特点：

1. 该生产线引进日本技术，可将破碎、清洗后的PE、PP等薄膜直接喂入单螺杆机组挤出造粒，不破坏原料分子的结构和物理性能，且比传统的团粒加料方式更节能。

2. 单螺杆机组选用大长径比的螺杆，带有特殊的排气装置，能有效去除水分，产能高。

3. 生产线采用水环热切，粒子均一，美观。

Project evaluation:

  It is mainly use for PE pelletizing and extrusion.

Characterizer:

1. this line introduces Japanese techinique, it can directly put PE/PP film into single-screw extrusion line for granulation after crashied and cleanouted. It won’t destroy the structure and physical property of the molecule of raw material, and surely it’s much more economization than traditional pellet feeding method.

2. the single-screw extrusion line adopts screw of large L/D, it bears special exhaust equipment and it can wipe off the liquid water content effectively and got high output.

3. palletizing line using water-ring pelletizer, granules are uniform and beautiful.
